It would seem that China is increasing the number of people who will be able to conduct business with outside entities and foreign businesses by making a tax information exchange agreement with the country of Bermuda. This would make it seem as though China is very interested in making sure that businesses do not leave the country to seek better financial options elsewhere. This interest in maintaining the economy has also led to some rather strict rules on new businesses opening a China merchant account as laws have recently been changed and updated regarding the ability of a business to conduct foreign affairs.
